China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA ASIA (ITMA ASIA + CITME) is a combination of "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition" and "ITMA Asia". It is a joint action taken by the world's most important textile machinery industry associations such as China, European countries and Japan in order to safeguard the interests of textile machinery manufacturers and textile industry customers around the world and improve the quality of textile machinery exhibitions.

China Textile Machinery Association, the European Textile Machinery Manufacturers Committee and its member associations and the American Textile Machinery Association, Japan Textile Machinery Association, Korea Textile Machinery Association, Taiwan Machinery Industry Association and other countries and regions of the main textile machinery association are solemnly stated: "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition" is the only exhibition they fully support in China.

After being successfully held for seven sessions from 2008 to 2022, "2023 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition" continues to uphold the concept of providing quality services to global textile machinery manufacturers and textile industry customers. For the global textile machinery manufacturing enterprises and textile industry professionals to create a mutual exchange, common progress platform. The China International Textile Machinery Exhibition 2023 and ITMA Asia Exhibition will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) on November 19-23, 2023
